We do not inspect or verify the condition of donated goods beyond a general visual check. While we encourage all donors to contribute clean, safe, and unopened items, the Purple Pantry and its organizers are not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from the use of donated products.

By taking or donating items, you acknowledge that the Purple Pantry, its partners, volunteers, and affiliated organizations are not liable for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, or other damages that may occur as a result of your participation.
